Press Elevate provides professional press release distribution and media coverage services, securing guaranteed placements for your business news and announcements across our extensive network of trusted media outlets. Our services are purpose-built to amplify brand visibility, strengthen public credibility, and ensure your story reaches the audiences and platforms that matter most — including leading financial publications, news agencies, podcast networks, social media channels, and AI-powered information platforms. All placements are guaranteed, not merely submitted or pitched, providing clients with complete assurance of delivery.

We offer two main service packages, each structured to deliver measurable media exposure with full transparency, verified placements, and a detailed post-distribution report:

This package is designed to maximise your brand's reach, authority, and long-term discoverability across every major information channel available today.

To ensure successful placement across our media network and compliance with outlet editorial standards, all submitted content must meet the following requirements:

• Newsworthy and factually accurate, presenting verifiable information that holds genuine relevance to a general or industry-specific audience
• Original or properly licensed, and not previously distributed through competing press release distribution services in a manner that would compromise exclusivity
• Free from defamatory, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content that may conflict with outlet editorial policies or applicable regulations
• Compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where distribution is intended, including advertising standards and intellectual property law
• Written in clear, professional English with appropriate grammar, punctuation, and a tone suitable for editorial publication
• Free from excessive promotional language, unsubstantiated superlatives, or direct advertising copy that would not meet editorial standards for news content
• Accompanied by appropriately licensed media assets — such as high-resolution images, logos, or video — where multimedia inclusion is part of your selected package

Payment Requirements

• Full payment is required in advance before service initiation or content review commences; no work will begin prior to confirmed payment
• All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD), and clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institution
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform, ensuring that your financial information is handled with the highest standard of security
• Volume discounts and customised pricing arrangements are available upon request for enterprise clients or organisations requiring recurring or high-volume distribution services

• A full refund will be issued in the event that Press Elevate is unable to deliver the guaranteed placements as specified in your selected package, as our commitment to guaranteed delivery is central to our service promise
• Refunds will not be issued once the placement distribution process has formally commenced, as submitted content cannot be retracted from outlet pipelines once distribution begins
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the original purchase date in order to be considered for review and processing
• Processing time for approved refunds: 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval, returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

• You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the content you submit to Press Elevate for distribution, including any written copy, images, logos, or multimedia assets provided
• By submitting content for distribution, you grant Press Elevate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to format, publish, and distribute your content across our partner media network solely for the purpose of fulfilling your selected service package
• Press Elevate retains exclusive proprietary rights to its service methodology, distribution network relationships, ElevateAI technology platform, and all associated operational processes and systems
• "As Seen On" outlet badges and associated media logos may be used by clients on their own websites, marketing materials, and social media platforms strictly in accordance with each outlet's individual brand usage and licensing guidelines

• Press Elevate reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust the scope, composition, and pricing of its service offerings at any time, in response to changes in the broader media landscape, outlet availability, or platform policies
• The specific list of outlets included within each package tier may be updated periodically to reflect the current state of our distribution network and to maintain or improve overall coverage quality and authority
• While the composition of our outlet network is subject to change, we are committed to maintaining or improving the domain authority standards and overall reach benchmarks associated with each package at all times
• Advance written notice will be provided to affected clients for any significant changes that materially impact an active order or a recently completed placement campaign

In the event of any dispute, concern, or dissatisfaction relating to our services or these Terms, Press Elevate is committed to reaching a fair and timely resolution. All disputes will be addressed through the following structured process:

• Initial direct communication with our support team via email at support@presselevate.com, with a commitment to acknowledge all enquiries within 24 business hours and provide a substantive response within 3 business days
• A formal written complaint process, available in cases where initial communication does not resolve the matter to the client's satisfaction, allowing for escalation and structured review by our management team with a view to reaching an equitable outcome
